Fried Rice with Pepper and Egg

Dice hot pepper and green onion, mince ginger and garlic.

Heat the rice in the microwave for 1 minute to disperse.

Add 2 drops of vinegar to the egg and beat well.
4.
Add oil and star anise to a hot pot and stir until fragrant.
5.
Add ginger, chili and shallots, stir and stir well.
6.
Move the vegetables to the side of the pot, reduce the heat, and pour the eggs.
7.
Add the rice, cover and simmer for a minute.
8.
Add garlic, salt and light soy sauce, stir and stir, turn off the heat and pour vinegar on the side of the pot.
9.
Served rice.
Tips:
After adding the eggs, reduce the heat, add the rice and simmer for a minute.
