Fried Rice with Pine Nuts and Matsutake

Wash and dice all kinds of ingredients.

The egg yolk and leftover rice are mixed together.

With a little oil, stir-fry the pine nuts until golden brown and remove them.

Boil the kale and red pepper in boiling water and remove them.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add onions and stir fragrant.

Add the blanched kale and red pepper and stir fry.

Add pine nuts and mixed rice and stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of salt, black peppercorns and a little light soy sauce, stir fry until the rice is slightly dry.
Tips:
Use leftover rice for the rice. Add egg yolk to the rice, and the fried rice grains will have a good taste. Add more black peppercorns.
