Fried Rice with Salmon Roe
1.
Prepare the ingredients, shell and remove the shrimp, add salt and cooking wine to marinate for later use, take the egg white from the egg, and dice the onion
2.
Pour a small amount of oil in the pan, pour the shrimp and onion and stir-fry until the shrimp changes color and the onion becomes soft, set it aside
3.
Put another frying pan and pour the egg whites
4.
When the egg white is not completely set, pour the rice and stir fry
5.
Pour the fried onion and shrimp into the rice and stir-fry evenly
6.
Finally, add the right amount of salt to the pot and put it on the plate
7.
Spread the salmon roe on top of the rice and sprinkle with shallots
8.
There is also a more compelling presentation:
Use the circle mousse mold to fill the fried rice, and remove the mold.
9.
Put salmon roe and spring onions
10.
Find a green sauce. The green sauce I used to make pasta (pine nuts, basil, green beans, olive oil) is dripped on the blank space of the plate. Mustard is fine too, and it’s the same color.
11.
The sauce is decorated with mint leaves and salmon roe, and finally sprinkled with chopped parsley. The orange salmon roe, shrimp, green sauce, and chives are contrasted with each other. It looks more lively and can be contrasted by taking pictures. Will be more vivid and beautiful
