Fried Rice with Sausage, Vegetable and Egg

Soak the fungus in water in advance and wash the vegetables

Cut the sausage, greens, and fungus into small cubes for later use

Pour the oil in the pot and put the rice into it. Add the eggs and the scrambled egg liquid should be wrapped in a grain of rice.

Stir-fry and serve. Put the chopped diced ingredients into the pot and stir-fry for a minute or two.

Pour in the fried rice

Mix and stir fry and add a little salt.
