The homemade scallion oil is really delicious. I have made scallion noodles several times! I had fried rice at noon today, and immediately thought of using it for frying!

Fried Rice with Scallion Oil, Mixed Vegetables and Sausage

1. Boil the mixed vegetables, remove and drain the water, diced mushrooms

2. Dice the ham in a frying pan, stir-fry the diced mushrooms, ham and vegetables together

3. Take out the leftover rice

4. Put the right amount of scallion oil in the pot of scallion oil

5. Put the rice in the fried ingredients

6. Add the right amount of salt and stir fry evenly. You can add some chicken essence and stir well before starting the pan.

Tips:

Ingredients can be added according to your preference, you can also add an egg
