Speaking of this fried rice, it tastes like my mother! My mother used to stir fry for me when I was at home! Although it is simple to put some shredded pork and vegetables, add some soy sauce, but it tastes very good together!

Fried Rice with Shredded Pork

1. Cut the meat into shreds and add a small amount of salt to marinate for a while

2. Cut onion, carrot, garlic and set aside

3. Put oil in the pan, beat in the eggs and fry them until they are formed and serve

4. Leave the oil in the pan, stir fry the shredded pork until it changes color, add a little soy sauce

5. Add the rice and stir fry evenly

6. Add carrots and onions

7. Add eggs

8. Season with salt and chicken essence

9. Sprinkle some garlic at the end

10. Just install it

Tips:

1. The shredded pork will be tender when marinated with salt
2. Because there is no cucumber at home, it will be better to cut cucumber into froth and put it in fried rice
