After cooking pot rice the day before, the chef at home did not go home, so there was nothing left. I haven’t moved the overnight meal, I usually bring fried rice specially to check the inventory at home. It’s most convenient to have shrimp fried rice directly.

Fried Rice with Shrimp and Corn

1. Shrimp heads, boil the prawn heads with oil, remove the prawn heads

2. Then add garlic and saute, fry the shrimps in the pan until they change color and serve.

3. Pour the rice into the pot and stir fry evenly

4. Pour the corn kernels and stir fry

5. Pour soy sauce and stir fry

6. Pour the shrimp and stir fry evenly

7. Add salt, chili powder, seasoning

8. Add a handful of chopped green onion and stir evenly before serving

Tips:

1. The shrimp oil from the boiled shrimp head is very delicious when used for fried rice; 2. The corn I use is the kind of canned ready-to-eat, so it does not need to be fried for too long. ; 3. Fried rice, just a little bit of seasoning
