Fried Rice with Shrimp and Egg in Thai Sauce

Prepare the materials

Remove the shells of the shrimps, remove the shrimp intestines, and wash them, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine and pepper, mix well and marinate for a while

Beat the eggs, spread them into a frying pan and let cool

Cut the cold egg skin into shreds

Pick and wash snow peas and fry in small pieces; mince shallot and garlic

Prepare the sauce first: sweet chili sauce; squeeze lemon juice, add fish sauce, dark soy sauce and mix thoroughly

Tips:
Don’t like the taste of fish sauce; it’s better to use overnight rice, especially dry rice
