Fried Rice with Shrimp and Preserved Egg

Wash the carrots and dice, wash the onions and cut the chopped green onions, and prepare the others;

Put an appropriate amount of oil on the pot and heat it up, pour in the beaten duck eggs, stir-fry and serve;

Add oil to the original pot and heat, pour in the carrots and stir-fry, then add the shrimp skins and sauté;

Shrimp skins are slightly browned, then pour in light white;

Add white rice and stir fry;

Stir-fry until the rice is loose, add light soy sauce after heating to make the white rice evenly colored;

Finally, pour in the fried duck eggs and stir-fry evenly;

Pour in the chopped green onion, turn off the heat and take it out of the pot.
