Fried Rice with Soy Sauce and Bacon

Add selected soy sauce and dark soy sauce to the rice; then mix well and beat;

Carrots are peeled and cut into small pieces; onions are finely chopped; onion, ginger and garlic are minced;

Cut bacon into small pieces;

Heat a little oil in the pot, add the bacon and stir fry until the oil is slightly browned;

Add onion, green onion, ginger and minced garlic and fry to create a fragrance

Add rice and carrots and fry until the rice grains are distinct;

Finally, add oyster sauce and chopped green onion and stir well.
Tips:
It's better to use better soy sauce and stir fry.
