Fried Rice with Tomato and Egg

Preparation: beat the eggs, add salt and stir well. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces. Chop green onion, prepare mixed vegetables and rice. If you don't have mixed vegetables, you can use corn kernels, carrot kernels and green beans instead. Or simple tomato and egg fried rice is also delicious.
