Fried Rice with Vegetable Root Pork Belly

Ingredients: mustard stalks, leftover rice, chicken sausage, shallots, pork belly

Cut the roots and peel them vertically (this can be easily peeled, it is more difficult to use a peeling knife)

Wash and slice pork belly, then diced

Slice the vegetable stems and then dice, dice chicken sausages, peel and chop dried shallots

Heat a wok, add a little oil, and stir-fry the pork belly to get the oil

Add the green onion and stir fry evenly

Pour down the chicken sausage and stir fry

Add the vegetable roots and stir fry for a while

Pour light soy sauce

Add a little salt and chicken powder

Tips:
Cut the roots first and then peel them upright. Add some pork belly and stir fry to make the whole bowl of rice better in color and fragrance. If you don’t like it, you can skip the pork belly. Soy sauce and chicken sausage are salty. You'd better try before adding salt. How much to add, the best way to cook fried rice is leftover rice overnight.
