Fried Sauerkraut with Spring Bamboo Shoots

After blanching the spring bamboo shoots, take them out and let them cool in cold water.

Cut all the ingredients and set aside.

Pour the sauerkraut into a non-oil pan and fry the water.

Push the sauerkraut aside, pour oil into the pan and stir-fry the garlic and chili.

Add bamboo shoots and stir fry.
