Fried Saury

Cut the saury into sections, cut two diagonally on the back

Slice green onion, shred ginger, slice garlic and set aside

Marinated saury with cooking wine for 15 minutes

Go after marinating, scallion, ginger, garlic, add salt, soy sauce, five-spice powder, and MSG and stir well. Marinate for half an hour.

Put the saury in the hot oil pan, put the green onion, ginger and garlic together in the pan for frying
Tips:
1. The salt should be put according to the personal marinating time. I have to eat it at night, so I put more salt. If the marinating time is long, you can put less salt;
2. Slowly fry the fish over low heat when frying.
