The ingredients are ready.
3.
The ingredients are handled well.
4.
Sauté most of the fat in the sausage over a low heat in vegetable oil, and the sausage is transparent.
5.
Set the sausage to one side and add peanut seedlings.
6.
Add green and red pepper shreds and salt.
7.
Add light soy sauce and mix well.
8.
Small and fresh.
Tips:
1. The peanut sprouts are relatively thick and hard to be cooked, so add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir fry for one more minute until it becomes slightly soft.
2. Peanut seedlings have a muddy smell when they are fried separately. Adding sausages can remove the fishy smell and taste more delicious.
