Fried Sausages with Pickled Vegetables, Broad Beans and Rice

Boil a pot with boiling water, put a little salt and a few drops of oil, put the broad bean and rice into it, boil it until the seventh or eighth mature, and then remove it;

Heat a pan, add a little oil and an appropriate amount of water, put the sausage in and simmer, boil the water to dry, and simmer the grease;

Add appropriate garlic slices and red pepper and stir fry;

Stir fry for the aroma, add the pickled vegetables in and stir fry;

Stir-fry for a few times, add the broad bean rice and continue to stir-fry;

Finally, add a little salt to taste and stir fry evenly;

Tips:
1. Broad bean rice is not easy to be cooked, first blanch and cook until the seventh or eighth maturity. Pay attention to adding some salt and oil to make the broad bean greener;
2. Sausages are not steamed in advance, so add some water to simmer while frying, and add a small amount of water at the same time, because the sausages will be simmered and oily when they are fried;
3. Put the pickled vegetables into the stir-fry first, and the taste will be corrected. Note that the pickled vegetables have a salty taste. Later, add a little bit of salt.
