Fried Scallion Ayu

Buy the cut fish from the vegetable market, wash it clean and cut a few cuts on the back of the fish with a knife, then sprinkle the ginger and garlic slices on top, then add an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, and cooking wine on the top evenly. Marinate for five minutes to make it delicious.

Pour in the right amount of oil, it is estimated to submerge the fish to half

Put the fish down and fry it until both sides are browned

You can add more chives to absorb a lot of the oil on it

One spoonful of gorgon powder, dilute with water, put it in a pot and boil it, add some salt, chicken essence and a few drops of light soy sauce, cook until it is sticky and pour it on top of the fish. It tastes crispy and creamy.
Tips:
The fish must be marinated for five minutes to taste. It’s best to add some glutinous rice to it, it won’t taste dry.
