I haven't eaten this dish for many years, and it tastes really good when I cook it once in a while! I used to tear them into strips and fry them by hand.

Fried Shredded Pork with Gluten

1. Gluten cut into slices

2. Shredded meat

3. Chili shredded

4. Put oil in the pan, add ginger and stir fry until fragrant, then add shredded pork and stir fry to change color

5. Add gluten and stir fry

6. Add light soy sauce

7. Add chili shreds and add a little water

8. Add salt chicken essence to taste

9. Just install it

Tips:

1. This gluten can also be torn into thick strips and fried, the taste will be different
2. Add a little water to fried gluten or it will stick to the pan
