Fried Shrimp Balls with Snow Pea

Tear off the two old tendons of snow peas, wash them, blanch them in a pot of boiling water, and immediately remove them for use. Peel the shrimp and remove the shrimp threads. Add pepper, cooking wine, and egg white, mix and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat the pan with cold oil, pour the prawn balls and stir fry until the color changes, then pour out and set aside.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot, add minced ginger and minced garlic to fry until fragrant, then pour in snow peas and stir fry for a while.
