1. Remove the head and tail of the fresh snow peas you bought back, tear off the tendons on both sides, and wash them with clean water.

Tips:

Because the shrimp rolls have a salty taste, some salt was added when the water was blanched, so I didn't add salt when this dish was fried, just added a little steamed fish soy sauce.
