Fried Shrimp Sushi Roll

Cook the rice and let it cool. Stir in a small amount of rice vinegar, fish sauce, honey and mix well, then add a little lemon juice to make vinegar rice; other ingredients are cut as shown below and set aside;

Argentine red shrimp, remove the shrimp silk, shrimp gun, shrimp thread and shrimp shell, save the shrimp head and shrimp tail on the kitchen paper to drain the excess water, make the batter and set aside;

Wrap the prawns in a coat, heat the oil to 180 degrees and fry the prawns until they are crispy.

Remove the fried prawns and place them on kitchen paper to drain the excess oil;

Cut the whole seaweed into two pieces. Spread 2/3 of the vinegared rice on half of the seaweed. Arrange cucumber cubes, avocado, sweet pepper, spinach and 1 fried shrimp in turn;

I just roll it directly and think it's quite smooth. If there is a sushi curtain, you can use a sushi curtain to roll it up tightly;

Cut it in half from the middle, and it's ready to be plated. After that, top with the vinaigrette and mayonnaise tahini sauce and it's done.
Tips:
1. The Argentine Red Shrimp is still a bit big. It is recommended to try the Vannamei Shrimp or Giwei Shrimp, which will be more refined;
2. The seasoning of the sauce should be adjusted according to personal taste.
