Fried Shrimp with Tomato and Egg

Remove the head, peel and wash the shrimp. Cut the shrimp in half with a knife from the back, then cut into two pieces. Add cooking wine, pepper, 1 gram of salt and a little cornstarch, beat well and marinate.

Dice green onion, ginger and garlic.

Peel the tomatoes and cut them into slices.

Cut the green pepper into pieces.

Open the egg into a bowl, add a few drops of vinegar and a little water to beat well, and fry until cooked.

Put the marinated shrimp in the pan and cook.

Raise the pot, add star anise and stir fry until fragrant.

Add green onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add green pepper and stir-fry well.

Add the scrambled eggs and stir-fry well.

Add tomatoes and all seasonings and stir-fry well.

Add the fried shrimp and stir-fry well.

Stir-fried dishes.

Served dishes.
Tips:
Add vinegar (to remove fishy) and a little water (to increase tenderness)
