Fried Shrimps

The prawns are cut off the shrimp legs, the shrimp threads are removed, cleaned, and the cooking wine is added and submerged for ten minutes

Add proper amount of oil to the pot, add two star anises after heating

Add scallion and ginger, stir fry for aroma

Add the prawns and turn over a little

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce and oil consumption, salt, stir fry evenly

Add water and simmer on high heat
