Fried Shrimps

Wash the prawns and drain, use scissors to cut off the prawn gun (the sharp corners on the head of the prawn), and the prawn silk

Peel off the shrimp skin from the shrimp head by hand. In order to make the plate beautiful, you can keep the shrimp tails. Can also be removed directly
