Fried Snow Peas with Pleurotus Eryngii

Prepare ingredients.

Pinch off both ends of snow peas and remove the old tendons.

After washing the snow peas, drain the water, cut the red pepper and pleurotus eryngii into pieces, and slice the garlic.

Tips:
