Fried Squid

1. After the hot water in the pot is boiled, add the ginger sliced cooking wine

2. Pour in the squid, cook it by hand and remove it

3. Stir-fry chives, garlic and pepper with hot oil in a pot

4. Pour in Pixian bean paste and stir-fry for red oil

5. Pour in the cooked squid and stir fry evenly
