Fried Squid Flower

A squid

Remove the skin, eyeballs and small shells on the squid's whiskers and wash them.

Cut the squid (from the middle of the side where the film was removed) with the inside facing up.

The blade is inclined at 45 degrees, and evenly cut out strips with very small intervals (don't cut it).

Cut it in half from the middle, and cut each piece diagonally into small strips (90 degrees from the original), and cut every five strokes.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add some salt, pour the baby corn and over water (cook for two minutes) until cooked.

Pour the squid in blanching water, add ginger slices, and pick up as soon as the water boils.

Pick up the frying pan and sauté the shallots.

Pour the red pepper and stir fry a few times

Pour the squid flowers

Add half a tablespoon of steamed fish oil, stir fry a few times quickly and serve.

It is impossible to add a finished drawing, it can only do so.
