Fried Squid Flower with Onion

The squid head is removed, the internal organs are cleaned, and the squid tube is cut open, and the skin is peeled. Only the squid plate is used.

Cut into three pieces longitudinally along the direction of the spine. Lay one of them horizontally, use the knife to cut the flower knife in the direction of the upper left and lower right, inclined 145°. Note that the bottom should be cut through without cutting off, and the spacing of each strip should be as consistent as possible

Rotate the cut squid 90° to the left, still according to the angle of the upper left and lower right, cut the flower knife

After cutting, divide it into several pieces

Put it in 70-80°C hot water and blanch it quickly. When you see the squid slightly rolled up, immediately remove it and drain the water. Cut the onion, scallion and carrot

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chopped green onions, carrots, and saute the onions slightly until softened

Tips:
Squid can also be fried with Korean spicy sauce, which is also delicious. However, children who are vegetarian can also eat it, and onions can replenish calcium. The soft-fried onions have a slightly sweet taste, and children love it too.
