I always like to eat squid,
I saw frozen squid rings in the supermarket some time ago, so I bought some and came back to try it.
The taste is still inferior to chilled squid.

Fried Squid Rings with Green Pepper

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into circles; shred the ginger; slap the garlic and chop for later use

3. Add oil in a hot pan, add garlic and ginger and stir fry until fragrant

4. Add the squid rings and stir-fry for about half a minute, and add a few drops of rice wine

5. Add the chili ring and stir fry a few times

6. Add a small amount of water and simmer for about 5 minutes

7. Finally, add some salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste

Tips:

1. Remove the light red film on the surface of the squid ring.
