Fried Squid Rings with Green Pepper

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into circles; shred the ginger; slap the garlic and chop for later use

Add oil in a hot pan, add garlic and ginger and stir fry until fragrant

Add the squid rings and stir-fry for about half a minute, and add a few drops of rice wine
5.
Add the chili ring and stir fry a few times
6.
Add a small amount of water and simmer for about 5 minutes

Finally, add some salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste
