Fried Squid Rings with Green Pepper

. Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into circles; shred the ginger; slap the garlic and chop it for later use.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the squid rings and stir fry for about half a minute.

Add the chili rings.

Add a small amount of water and simmer for about 5 minutes.
7.
Finally, add some salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste.
Tips:
1. Remove the light red film on the surface of the squid ring.
