Fried Squid Rolls with Onion

Squid scrapes off the surface mucosa, cut flower knife

Soak in water for later use

Slice the onion and green red pepper into slices

Add a small half pot of clean water to the soup pot and boil the squid rolls. The squid rolls will naturally roll up and drain.

Heat up a wok and add peanut oil

Pour the squid rolls into the pot and stir fry for a while

Add dark soy sauce, vinegar and sugar

Stir fry until the soup thickens

Pour the onion and green and red pepper slices into the pan and stir fry evenly
