Fried Squid with Chives

Remove the outer piece of squid and wash

Cut the squid from the back, spread the cutting knife and cut into small pieces (size according to personal preference)

Boil the water in the pot until the squid is blanched (this should be boiled for ten seconds quickly, otherwise it will be old)

Cut the leek flower into sections, cut the sweet red pepper into small pieces, and mince the ginger

Heat the oil in the pan until the ginger and sweet red pepper are added and stir-fried a few times until the leek flowers

Stir fry until the chives are half cooked, add squid, soy sauce, and salt, and stir evenly.
