Fried Squid with Green Onions

Ingredients: squid (washed), green onions (washed and cut)

Put the cleaned squid on the cutting board and cut open, set aside.

Next, put the cut squid into a pot of clear water, and add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Blanch and fish out.
5.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add the chopped green onions and stir fry.
6.
Then, add the blanched squid and stir fry.
7.
Finally, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.
8.
Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.
9.
Stir-fry well and serve.
