Fried Squid with Kelp

Ingredients: squid (washed and cut open), kelp shreds (washed), ginger slices, dried chili (cut open)

Put the cut squid into a pot of clear water, and add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Slightly blanched and fished out.

Next, put in the washed seaweed shreds, blanch them, and remove them.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the saucepan, add ginger slices and dried chili to the saucepan.

Then, add the blanched kelp shreds and the squid and stir fry.

Finally, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.
9.
Stir-fry well and serve.
