Fried Steamed Bun Strips

Wash the vegetables. Slice the lotus white and green pepper, peel and slice the potatoes.

Slice the steamed buns and then cut them into strips.

Add a small amount of vegetable oil to the pot, stir-fry the cooked pork slices, add a teaspoon of chili sauce and fry until fragrant.

Add potato chips and stir fry.

Add lotus white, add pepper powder, pepper, salt, and stir fry.

Cook the right amount of light soy sauce and add green pepper slices.

Add a tablespoon of water to the dish, put the steamed bun strips on top, cover the pot, and simmer for 5 minutes.
8.
When the steamed buns are soft, stir-fry the vegetables evenly.
9.
A serving platter will do.
