Fried Stuffed Beans

Remove the pods from the beans, wash and drain. Boil the water, add the washed beans and blanch them for eight ripeness, soften them, and remove them.

The removed beans are passed over ice water to keep the beans green and refreshing. Drain the water, roll up the beans, and put meat in the middle.

Wash the lean pork meat, chop it, add salt, oil, light soy sauce, corn starch, ginger, and chives, mix well, and then stuff the meat into the rolled beans.

Place the stuffed beans on a plate and make them all in order, as shown in the picture, this is the stuffed beans.

Heat the pan, pour the oil, add the stuffed beans, the beans face down, and the meaty side up. Fry on medium and low heat until the meat is mature and can be solidified.

Flip the other side and continue to fry, let the meat fry until slightly browned, and ready to be out of the pan. Beans are blanched and easy to cook. The side of the stuffed meat needs to be fried for a while.
Tips:
1. Beans should be selected so that the seeds will not bulge, so that the beans are fresh and tender. 2. The blanched beans should not be too ripe, and they should be used in ice water. In this case, the beans will be green and refreshing.
