Fried Stuffed Tofu

Prepare the materials

Stir the minced meat with salt, soy sauce, thirteen spices, cooking wine and starch.

Cut the tofu into small cubes, dig out the tofu into small boxes with a knife in the middle of the tofu

Stir the minced meat into the hollowed tofu, pat the seal with starch

Heat the pan, add the oil, add the stuffed tofu to fry, seal down, fry until the surface is golden, then turn it over and fry until golden

Soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, starch, water to make juice

Pour the juice into the fried tofu, simmer until the soup is thick and ready to be served, sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips:
1. Tofu must use old tofu, which is convenient for operation
2. Minced meat can be added to the scooped tofu, or other vegetables into the tofu
