Fried Taro with Pickled Vegetables

Ingredients: fragrant taro (peeled and cleaned), pickled vegetables (cleaned and cut).

Put the cleaned taro on the chopping board and cut into small pieces.

Then, lower into the pressure cooker.

Add some water.

Then, close the lid and cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Pour the oil in the pan to heat up, add the sliced pickled vegetables and stir fry.

Then, add the cooked taro and stir fry.
9.
Finally, add the right amount of salt.
10.
Add the right amount of MSG.

Stir-fry well and serve.
