Fried Tofu

Prepare ingredients and clean them

Soak the tofu in light salt water for 10 minutes, dry the water and cut into thick slices

Finely chop ginger and garlic, and shred green pepper

Put an appropriate amount of oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, add tofu and fry on low heat

Fry one side slightly yellow and then turn over and fry

Fry both sides slightly yellow, add ginger garlic and bean paste and stir well

Then add green peppers and stir fry
8.
Stir-fry until the green peppers are soft, add salt and light soy sauce to taste, add a little water and simmer for two minutes before serving
Tips:
The tofu can be fried slightly and slightly yellow, don’t fry too burnt or dry, otherwise the taste will not be good
