Fried Tofu in Electric Baking Pan

Prepare the raw materials

Ginger and garlic mince

Chopped garlic leaves and shallot leaves

In a small bowl, add homemade chopped pepper, minced ginger garlic, appropriate amount of starch, light soy sauce, mix well, add appropriate amount of cold boiled water, add minced garlic leaves, stir evenly, adjust into sauce and set aside

Preheat the electric baking pan and brush with a layer of oil

Slice the tofu and fry until

Fry the bottom yellow and turn over and fry for another minute

Tips:
1. Homemade chopped pepper and light soy sauce contain salt, so don't add salt;
2. If there is no chopped pepper, you can chop the bean paste thinly and replace it, the taste is slightly worse;
3. Put less starch in the sauce, just a little bit, otherwise it will dry out easily.
