Fried Tofu Skin with Garlic Sprouts

A handful of garlic sprouts and a tofu skin (thousand sheets).

Soak the tofu skin in warm water for 10 minutes to remove the beany smell. (Or blanching is fine)

Wash the garlic sprouts and cut them into sections.

Tofu skin slices. (You can shred whatever you like)

After the oil is hot in the pan, add the tofu skin and stir fry a few times to avoid sticking to the pan.

Stir fry until the tofu skin is evenly sticky with oil, and add garlic sprouts.
7.
Stir fry until the garlic sprouts are dead, add salt, chicken essence and dark soy sauce to taste.
Tips:
Add seasoning according to your own taste.
