Fried Tofu with Beans
1.
Prepare the beans and wash them.
2.
Prepare oily tofu.
3.
Cut tofu into pieces.
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.
5.
Add the beans.
6.
Stir fry a few times.
7.
Add oily tofu.
8.
Add some water and simmer.
9.
Season with salt and chicken essence.
10.
Plate.
Tips:
1. The oily tofu is relatively dry, so it's better to add some water and simmer when it is fried.
2. Add some chili to make the meal more appetizing.
