Fried Tofu with Celery

Wash celery and cut into small pieces for later use.

Homemade oily tofu.

Prepare, chopped green onion, shredded ginger, pork slices.

Blanch celery.
5.
Heat up the pan, add green onion and ginger, stir fry until fragrant.

Add vinegar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir fry evenly.
7.
Add celery and oiled tofu and stir fry.
8.
Add salt to taste.
9.
Take out the pan and serve.
