Fried Tofu with Red Pepper Oil and Lettuce

Ingredients: red pepper (washed), oiled tofu, lettuce (peeled, washed and sliced)

Put the washed red pepper on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Put the oily tofu on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pan to heat, add the chopped lettuce and red pepper and stir fry.

Then, add the cut oiled tofu and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

Stir fry until cooked.

Finally, add the right amount of soy sauce.
9.
Add the right amount of salt.
10.
Saute and stir well, serve.
