Fried Vermicelli with Razor Clams

Wash the razor clams.

Put the razor clams in the boiling water for 5 seconds, remove the cold water and take the meat, soak the vermicelli in warm water, remove the water, and cut the small red pepper into circles.

Put the ginger and garlic in a hot pan until fragrant, add the razor clams and stir fry the vermicelli together.
