Fried Wonton with Egg Crust

Pork purée bought back

Add cooking wine, ginger juice, salt, sugar, light soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil, chicken powder and stir well

Add some chopped green onion and mix well

Take a piece of wonton wrapper, put an appropriate amount of meat, stick some water on all sides
