Fried Yuba Knot with Plum Ribs

Blanch the ribs in water.
2.
Soak dried yuba knot in water for 20 minutes.
3.
Add all the ingredients to the blanched ribs. The added 7-up has no more yuba than the ribs. There is no need to add water. After boiling, simmer on low heat and bring water to dry.

Out of the pot!
