Fried Zucchini and Vermicelli Dumplings

1. Wash the zucchini.

2. Use a planer to cut into shreds, and then use a knife to cut the shreds into small pieces of about one centimeter. After cutting, put the zucchini into a large basin.

3. The vermicelli is soaked in warm water in advance, then cut into small pieces of about one centimeter, and added to a large pot.

4. Cut the chopped green onion and put it in.

5. Then prepare a large bowl, add a little water to it, put the steamed buns into the bowl, and crush the steamed buns with your hands.

6. Then add the crushed steamed buns to the big basin.

7. Then add salt chicken soy sauce, oil-consuming pepper, egg, and a little oil, and stir well.

8. Add the flour again. Add the flour in 2 batches to avoid adding too much at once, and then mix well.

9. The stirred batter should not be too thin or too thick. If it is too thin, the balls will not form.

10. Put the oil in the pan. After the oil temperature rises, use a small spoon to make the batter into a circle and fry it in the pan. You can also make the batter into a circle with your hands and fry it. How easy is it to make it? Fried.

11. After making a pot of balls, fry them for a few tens of seconds. After the balls are shaped, use a colander to stir the balls.

12. Fry it until both sides are golden and you can get it out.
