Fried Zucchini with Pickled Vegetables and Yuba

Ingredients: zucchini (washed and sliced), yuba (soaked), pickled vegetables (washed and chopped).

Put the soaked yuba on the chopping board and cut into sections, set aside.

Heat the oil in the saucepan, add the cut zucchini and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

Stir fry until it is broken.

Then, stir-fry the yuba and pickled vegetables.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.

Stir-fry well and serve.
