Frozen Tofu with Stewed Mushrooms

Ingredients: fresh shiitake mushrooms (cleaned), frozen tofu, dried chili, cinnamon, aniseed, rock sugar.

Old marinade.

Put the frozen tofu on the chopping board and cut it.

Pour the old marinade into the pot and add an appropriate amount of five-spice powder.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add 3 small bowls of water.

Add dried chili, cinnamon and aniseed.

Add rock sugar.

Season to a boil.
